Shipping Information:

It generally takes 1-3 days (not including holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping time via UPS varies depending on your distance from North Carolina. Double check to make sure all of the information you submit for your order is correct, or your shipment may be delayed.

If you live within driving distance of the Birdie Boutique in Durham, NC and would like to save on shipping by picking your order up there, use the "In-Store Pickup" shipping option for free shipping! Please allow 24-36 hours for your order to be available there for pickup. Tamara will email you to let you know exactly when to expect it to be available for pickup.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly at returns@trueloveaviary.com within two weeks of product receipt. In order to receive a refund/credit all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code. Contact us directly. See return invoice for instructions and warehouse return address. For the safety of your birds, we do not accept returns on toys of food that have been opened. Returns on these items are accepted if they are unopened and in the original manufacturer's packaging. If they come without packaging, returns are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.

Warehouse is not open to the public.

True Love Aviary only sells items that are Avian Vet approved. It is up to the customer to use these items appropriately in their bird's environment. We are glad to be able to help you and make suggestions in the use of our products.
